OUR STORY

Nursing Care That Honours
What You Gave This Country

ValorHealth is a proudly Western Australian, DVA-approved community nursing provider. We deliver DVA-funded in-home community nursing to Australian veterans and their dependants — from wound care and medication management to post-hospital recovery and complex chronic disease support.

Our registered nurses visit you at home — no waiting rooms, no travel, no co-payment if you hold a DVA Gold Card. Every nurse is experienced in military-related conditions and the DVA care system. We take the time to listen, assess, and build personalised nursing plans that truly make a difference.

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of clinical care, employing only AHPRA-registered nurses who treat every veteran with the dignity and respect they deserve. Our services comply with DVA Community Nursing Program requirements.

What Our Clients Say

Hear from the veterans and families we are proud to support every day.

After my hip replacement, ValorHealth had a nurse at my door within two days of discharge. They sorted every piece of DVA paperwork before I even got home. First time in years I felt like the system was actually working for me.
