Care for Veterans
We take the complex. We deliver the care. Our nurse-led services support veterans with chronic and multiple health conditions, delivered in close coordination with GPs and healthcare teams — with no out-of-pocket cost for eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders.

Nurse-led management of complex, chronic and non-healing wounds — including Stage 3–4 pressure injuries, diabetic and vascular ulcers, and post-surgical wounds.
