Complex Chronic Wound Support
Complex and chronic wounds require skilled clinical assessment, advanced therapies and consistent review. Valor Health delivers nurse-led wound support in the veteran's own home, managing high-risk and non-healing wounds in close coordination with GPs and treating teams. We take the most challenging wounds — Stage 3–4 pressure injuries, diabetic and vascular ulcers, and complex post-surgical sites — and deliver structured, monitored care that protects skin integrity and supports healing.

DVA Coverage
Complex wound support is delivered to eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders with no out-of-pocket cost. We work directly with your GP and treating team to align wound management with your care plan.
